\n2. The Problem with Venice is that it is sinking very slowly and after WWII it is starting to sink incredibly fast and people are worried that it will be a problem soon. The problem can never be fixed unless more support is added to the stilts. A solid base at the bottom of the sea is added, so the stilts won\u2019t sink into the earth.

\n3. If we ever someday need more space or want to expand a city on a coast and can\u2019t move inward toward land we can then expand the city outward into the sea. We can use the older technology from Italy and improve it a lot because we have better technology.

The light factories are placed close to the central business area because that is where it\u2019s needed most. Though there are major differences in these models as well. The concentric zone model has a very simple yet efficient way. It is very organized with a clear-cut plan. The sector model is almost the complete opposite. The most difficult part of designing a city is trying to fit everything that needs to be in the city in the limited amount of space, you also have to think about the people to because you couldn\u2019t put the rich people next to the heavy industry, and then you have to think about how much the land would be to live somewhere because you couldn\u2019t put the people that make less money and put them next to the lake where the taxes would be the greatest, then you have to look at the jobs because where the most people work is in the CBD and you have to make it equal to all people.
